How do I submit a prescription for equipment?
Send the prescription through our contact form, or have your discharge planner or physician's office contact us directly. We handle the intake, verify coverage, and coordinate delivery so your care team does not have to chase paperwork.
What kinds of durable medical equipment do you supply?
We supply mobility aids (walkers, rollators, canes, crutches), respiratory equipment (oxygen concentrators, CPAP and BiPAP, nebulizers), complex rehab technology wheelchairs, hospital beds and support surfaces, wound care supplies, and bathroom safety equipment including commodes, shower chairs, and transfer benches.
Do you work with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities?
Yes. We run hospital discharge programs and ongoing facility partnerships with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and hospice providers. Facility accounts get a single point of contact and standing supply arrangements.
Can you help with complex rehab (CRT) wheelchairs?
Yes. Complex rehabilitation technology wheelchairs are configured to the individual patient rather than pulled off a shelf. We coordinate with the treating therapist on the evaluation, specification, and fitting.
How quickly can equipment be delivered after a hospital discharge?
Same-day delivery is available in Ventura County. Timing in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties depends on the equipment and the referral time — contact us and we will confirm a delivery window before the patient leaves the facility.
